So, class is going great.  I actually like it, which surprises me (not a big fan of handling a large amount of raw meat).  We studied veal today.  Learned how to make a cutlet, and managed not to cut myself!  Speaking of cutting ones' self, a guy in my class sliced his thumb so badly that he actually cut a tendon.  O_o  He has to drop the class for ( Read more... )
